(1) The Annual General Meeting (AGM) | 年度會員大會, will be held on

📍 Venue: Committee Room IV – G/F, Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wanchai, Hong Kong
灣仔伊利沙伯體育館地下4號會議室
The AGM is an important event where we come together discuss the achievements of the past year, share updates on our initiatives, and elect new members to the Executive Committee. Your active participation is vital in shaping the future of our organization. Papers for the AGM has been emailed to members.
Please raise any questions or suggestions that you would like to address during the AGM. To facilitate a productive meeting, we encourage you to submit your agenda items or discussion points in advance to the same email address: secretary@aikido.com.hk. Otherwise raise directly at the meeting
Following the AGM, we will have our Annual Dinner and Christmas party to celebrate the spirit of the holiday season. It will be a time to unwind, connect with fellow members, and enjoy good company.

Cost: HK$200 per person. Please reserve your seat and pay the fee of HKD200 to the Secretary, Vincent Chui.
