📢 [Important Notice] 1st Jul Dan Grade Training, Yudansha-kai Meeting Venue Change & Dinner Arrangements
To ensure a better overall event experience, the Executive Committee (EC) has updated the meeting time and venue.
Special thanks to all EC members! Thank you for your hard work in coordinating the LCSD training venue ballot and arranging the subsequent meeting venue.
Please find the latest schedule and venue details below:
🥋 Dan Grade Training
- Time: 3pm – 4pm
- Venue: Large Activity Room, Ho Man Tin Sports Centre
👥 Yudansha-kai Meeting
- Time: 4:30pm
- New Venue: Room A, Housing Authority Club Restaurant
🍽️ Post-Meeting Dinner
- Time: 6pm
- Venue: Room A, Housing Authority Club Restaurant
- Open to all Dan Grade and 1st Kyu members.
- ⚠️ Phase 1 Registration: Due to limited capacity, dan grade holders and Kyu members are requested to complete their registration on or before 29 Jun (Phase 1 Registration Closed)
- ⚠️ Phase 2 Registration: If seats are still available after the initial deadline, registration will reopen to all members and their relatives on 30 Jun at 10am (Registration will close once full). How to register: Fill out the eForm [Click HERE] and submit your ePayment.

為了確保更佳的整體活動體驗，執行委員會（EC）經細心安排後，已更新當日會議時間及地點。
特別鳴謝 EC 成員！辛苦大家協調康文署的練習場地抽籤及後續的會議場地安排！
以下為最新時間及地點安排：
🥋 段位者訓練
- 時間： 下午 3:00 – 4:00
- 地點： 何文田體育館 — 大活動室
👥 段位者會會議
- 時間： 下午 4:30
- 最新地點： 房屋署職員同樂會餐廳 — A 房
🍽️ 會後晚宴
- 時間： 晚上 6:00
地點： 房屋署職員同樂會餐廳 — A 房 - ⚠️首階段報名：開放予所有段位及一級會員。由於座位有限，請於 2026年6月29日或之前預留座位。(首階段報名已截止)
- ⚠️次階段開放： 如在截止報名後仍有空位，將於 6月30日上午10時 重新開放予全體會員及其親屬登記補上 (額滿截止報名)。 報名方式：請填妥電子表格 [按此登記] 並完成電子支付。

We’re pleased to announce that the coming Dan Grade Training and Yudansha-kai Meeting will be held on Wed, 1 July 2026.
The session will be conducted by Vincent Chiu Sensei. All Yudansha and 1st kyu members are warmly invited to attend.
