致各會員：
我們對大埔宏福苑火災事件深表沉痛哀悼，並向罹難者、其家屬及所有受影響人士致以最深切的慰問，並向每位參與救援的人員致敬。
另外，根據相關條例規定，本會須於每個財政年度辦理周年會員大會，原定於2025年12月6日之周年會員大會（AGM）將如期舉行，敬請各位會員準時出席。
另外，為表達對受影響人士的尊重，原定於會議後舉行之聖誕派對及周年晚宴，將改為晚餐，所有慶祝活動將取消，包括祝酒、抽獎、禮品贈送及慶祝合照。敬請留意。
我們呼籲各會員踴躍援助受影響人士，會員亦可直接捐款至政府設立的「大埔宏福苑援助基金」。 我們亦會以協會名義捐款，表達關懷與心意。
感謝各位的關心及支持。請繼續注意安全，並照顧好自己及身邊的人。
Notice to All Members:
We are profoundly saddened by the fire incident at Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po and extend our heartfelt sympathy to the victims, their families, and all those affected. We also express our gratitude to everyone involved in the rescue efforts.
In accordance with the relevant ordinance, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2025, will be held as scheduled on 6 Dec 2025. All members are kindly requested to attend on time.
To show respect for those affected, the originally planned Christmas Party and Annual Dinner following the meeting will be changed to a dinner with no celebration elements, including toasts, no lucky draws, gift presentations, or celebration photos. Please kindly take note.
We encourage members to support those affected, members can also make donation directly to the “Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po” set up by the government. We will also make a donation on behalf of the Association as a gesture of care and sympathy.
