Registration for Non‑HKAA Members:

We warmly invite aikido practitioners and friends to join the HKAA 55th Anniversary Seminar and Dinner Reception. Please review the seminar fees, privileges, and registration requirements below.

Important Reminder – Name Badge Requirement

• All participants are required to:
  • Register in advance for the HKAA 55th Anniversary Seminar.
  • Carry and display the designated name badge issued by HKAA and YMCA.
  • The name badge is mandatory for entry into the YMCA Wu Kai Sha Youth Village and the Seminar Venue.  Please ensure you have it with you throughout the event.

Approved as a partner event of the “Japan Autumn Festival in Hong Kong 2026“:

• The HKAA 55th Anniversary event has been officially approved as a partner event of the “Japan Autumn Festival in Hong Kong 2026”, supported by the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong (Registration Number: 260007).

Photography & Videography Policy:

• Professional photography has been arranged for the event. To ensure an enjoyable, focused, and uninterrupted practice environment for everyone, personal photography and videography are strictly prohibited during all seminar sessions.
• High-quality event photos will be shared with all participants after the seminar.

Fee Structure:

• Seminar Early Bird Offer: Register and settle payment on/before 30 Sep 2026 (Wed) to enjoy ~17% additional savings.
• Fri session included in Full Seminar Package only.

• Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin (沙田石門萬怡酒店):
• Nearest hotel to the Seminar Venue (YMCA). Participants are responsible for booking their own rooms directly with the hotel or via online booking platforms.

• YMCA Camp/Lodge Dormitory:
• Room Details: 6-person dormitory room (includes 2 inner rooms, private bathroom inside). Estimated Rate: Approx. HKD $900 – $1,200 per room/night + HKD $100 per person/night.
• Available Dates: Check-in from 29 Oct, Latest Check-out 2 Nov. Rooms are subject to the availability and will be proceed on a first come , first served basis.
• If you select this option, we will contact you to assist with arrangements. The payment will be collected separately.

Remittance Fees:

Non-Refundable Policy:

• Bank remittance fees are charged directly by financial institutions and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or withdrawal.

The main venue for this event has been set at the “Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village”!
The seminar sessions on Sat and Sun will be held at this location.
